After owning and running a successful Thai inspired restaurant in the Brazilian beach resort of Trancoso for several years, with Chez Antoine you can learn a wide range of dishes that can easily be repeated at home. Choose from salads, starters, soups, curries and other mains. We can cater for all tastes, dietary requirements and of course spice levels!

Simply send us an enquiry and let us know what you’re looking for and we can work together to come up with the perfect course for you. Each course last around 4 hours including time to sit together and enjoy the prepared dishes at the end. You’ll also receive tips on wine pairings for all dishes.
