Owner, Anthony, has the Level 3 Qualification in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London. He leads wine tasting events for several local businesses. As a personal licence holder, Anthony can arrange for wine tasting events at your home or business premises. Wine tastings can be combined with grazing boards to suit your requirements or the tasting theme.

From time to time, Chez Antoine schedules wine tastings at a central Ingatestone location. These are intimate events, held at home and are not always advertised. With specific experience in Italian and Thai cookery, Chez Antoine is the place to pick up hints and tips and new recipes ideas. With space for up to 3 people in each class, make fresh pasta and delicious fillings from scratch or learn the basics of Thai cookery to amaze family and friends. Each class runs for about 4 hours and once food is prepared, we’ll cook and eat the dishes together. I also advise on the perfect wines to match with all of the dishes. Learn more.
